Eual O. “Red” Hooper, 84, of Leoma, TN, passed away on Friday, August 08, 2025, at his home. He was a dedicated employee of Murray Ohio for over 44 years and a cherished member of Crossroads Freewill Baptist Church. Eual was known for his love of baseball, spending time with family, fishing, hunting, golfing, and enjoying life to the fullest.
He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Martha Hunt Hooper; son Wendell “Bruce” Hooper; daughters Christy Faye Prentice and Rhonda “Boo” Brown; seven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter. Eual will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and community.
The visitation will be held at Neal Funeral Home on Sunday, August 10, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral services will take place at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM on Monday, August 11, 2025, with interment to follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
