He was a native of Giles County and owner of James Womble Drywall. He enjoyed running his own business and tending to his livestock, especially his goats. Mr. Womble served his country honorably in the US Army.

- The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Friday, March 6, 2026, at Neal Funeral Home.
Burial
- Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
