Jeffery Neil McDonald, 68, of Lexington, AL, passed away on March 16, 2025. Jeff was a retired Supervisor at Lexington Fabrics and a faithful follower of Jesus. He is survived by his son Zack McDonald (Kelli), daughters Kesha Gray Durham (Casey) and Laura Huskey, mother Earlene Jones McDonald, sister Cindy Patterson and husband Randy, grandchildren Hannah Quillen (Dusty), Haley Huskey, Ella McDonald, Archer McDonald, Mable Durham, Linkin McDonald, and Mila McDonald, nephew Nick Patterson (April), numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father, William Ottis McDonald. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2025, from 12:00-2:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home, followed by the funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 P.M. with Lance Dooley and Shawn Ellis officiating.
