Karen Denise Johnson, 52, of Lawrenceburg, TN, passed away on September 9, 2025, at her home. She was born in Cleveland, TN, and had worked as a Home Health Assistant for Amedisys Home Health Care for several years. Karen was preceded in death by her parents, William J. “Jack” and Peggy Scoggins Johnson. She is survived by several cousins.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, and a Celebration of Life will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday, October 18, 2025, with visitation from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
