Margaret Jane Newton Brown, 78, of Lawrence County, TN, passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System of Lawrenceburg. Margaret was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was a retired Independent Image Consultant with BeautiControl and a dedicated member of Immanuel Baptist Church. Margaret enjoyed traveling, baking, and shopping for antiques. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 59 years, Kenneth Ray Brown, her two sons, four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, three brothers, numerous nieces and nephews, and many dear friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at Immanuel Baptist Church on Saturday, March 8, 2025. Margaret’s family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. She will be remembered for her love of family, faith, and kindness.
