Melvin Wade Boshers, 75, of Summertown, TN, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at his home after a prolonged illness. Melvin was a native of Maury County, TN, and a proud United States Army Veteran who served in Vietnam. He was a skilled machinist and a devoted member of the Pentecostal faith.
A graveside service will be held at Ethridge Masonic Cemetery on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at 1:00 pm, with Johnny Higgison officiating. Melvin will be laid to rest at Ethridge Masonic Cemetery.
Melvin is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Boshers of Summertown, TN, his brother Jeff Boshers of Lawrenceburg, TN, his sister Deborah Latham of Lawrenceburg, TN, as well as his grandchildren Brandon Pierce and Brittany Hernandez. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren: Aaliyah, Nico, Landon, Rylan, and Eli.
Melvin was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold and Annie Mae Bennett Boshers, and his daughter, Debora Ann Pierce.
