Robert Clay Smith, age 75, of Rock Island, TN, passed away on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at Alive Hospice Residence Nashville. He was a dedicated native of Lawrenceburg, TN, and retired from Peak 10 Data Center. Mr. Smith served his country honorably in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard Clay and Bobbie Nell Bailey Smith, and one brother, Scotty Smith. He is survived by one brother, Mark Smith (Yolanda) of Hendersonville, TN, and one sister, Linda Moore of Lawrenceburg, TN, along with several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, and graveside services and interment will be conducted at May Cemetery at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, July 29, 2025. Condolences may be sent via their website at www.nealfuneralhome.net. Robert will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
