Paul Lavaughn Arnold, 81, of Hazel Green, AL, passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at his home. Born in Lawrence Co, TN, Paul was a dedicated member of Piney Grove Baptist Church and retired from Wilson Casket Company. He will be remembered for his unwavering faith and commitment to his family.
Paul is survived by his loving children: Paul Edward Arnold (Sandy) of TN, David Wayne Arnold (Janice) of Iron City, TN, and Tanya Hand (Brad) of Hazel Green, AL. He also leaves behind 5 grandchildren: Savannah, Dustin, Casey, Caleb, and Thomas “TC”, as well as 9 great-grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Friday, December 26, 2025, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am at Loretto Memorial Chapel, followed by a graveside service at Freemon Cemetery at 12:00 pm. The service will be officiated by J. D. Bosheers, with burial to follow at Freemon Cemetery.
Paul will be dearly missed by all who knew him, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those he touched. May he rest in peace.
