Phillip Lee “Phil” Thomas, 58, of Rogersville, passed away on July 17, 2025, at his residence. Phil was a dedicated diesel mechanic, a proud Hog Member of Natchez Trace Harley, and an enthusiastic participant in both bowling at Lauderdale Lanes and golfing at Blackberry Trail & Twin Pines Golf courses. His commitment to service extended beyond his career, as he was also a United States Marine Corps Veteran.
Phil is survived by his loving wife, Tonya Robbins Thomas, his mother Phillis Harlow Allison, his sons Ryan Thomas, Patrick Robbins, and Sean Thomas, and his daughter Marley Thomas. He is also survived by his brother Darrel Thomas and sisters Tammy Pennington and Shelly Thomas.
Phil was preceded in death by his father, Clifford Lee Thomas.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, July 20, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at Pettus Cemetery, with Randy Pyle and Jim Warren officiating. Phil will be laid to rest at Pettus Cemetery with full military honors at graveside.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Phil’s memory.
