Ronnie Wayne Taylor, age 66, of the Revilo Community, passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2024, at Southern TN Regional Health System in Lawrenceburg, TN. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired from the Lawrence County Highway Department, and a former county commissioner. His faith was as a “seed of Abraham”.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie S. and Bonnie Huntley Taylor; one grandchild, Hannah Marie Grace Taylor; maternal grandparents, Furman and Odell Huntley; and paternal grandmother, Irene Taylor.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Doris Ann Taylor; two sons, Adam Wayne Taylor (Racheal) and Micheal Allen Taylor (Kimberly); five grandchildren, Alyssa Zayne Taylor Parker (Justin), Aislyn Taylor, Kalvin Taylor, Hadassah Taylor, and Samuel Taylor; two brothers, Donnie Taylor (Lynn) and Jonnie “John” Taylor (Vivian); several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, March 22, 2024, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 3:00 PM Saturday, March 23, 2024.
