Steven Glenn Taylor, 60, of Lawrenceburg, TN, passed away on April 24, 2025, at his residence. Steven was a dedicated construction worker and a faithful member of the Pentecostal Faith. He was a proud native of Lawrenceburg and had a deep love for the TN Vols, hunting, fishing, and hosting cookouts at his home. However, his greatest joy came from spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Steven is survived by his daughter, Kari Taylor, and son, Steven Taylor, both of Lawrenceburg, TN. He also leaves behind three beloved grandchildren, Joshua James Taylor, Sophia M’lee Taylor, and La’Bryan Morgan. Steven is also survived by his sister, Cindy Runnels, and niece, Rebecca Lutjen, along with great-nieces and a great-nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Ellis and Betty Rebecca Brown Taylor, and his brother, James Allen Taylor.
The family will receive friends at Neal Funeral Home on April 26, 2025, and funeral services will be held at the same location on April 27, 2025. Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
Steven will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and his memory will forever live on in the hearts of his loved ones. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to be made in Steven’s honor.
