Vernie I. Belew, of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, passed away on April 11, 2026. She will be forever remembered for her gentle spirit and the love of God she shared with those around her.
Vernie was retired from Murray Ohio Mfg. She enjoyed cooking for her family, tending her garden, and spending time in worship and prayer. Her faith in God guided her life and brought her great comfort.

- one granddaughter, Hanna Haislip of Heber City, UT
- two sisters, Judy Faulkner and Mary Mills (Glenn) both of Florence, AL
- one brother, Tommy Isbell (Betsy) of Columbia TN

- Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.
- Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 12:00 PM Monday, April 13, 2026, with Joe Isbell officiating.
Visitation
- The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM Monday, April 13, 2026, at Neal Funeral Home.
Burial
- Interment will follow at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN.
