William E. Bailey, 79, of Summertown, TN, passed away on July 19, 2025, at his residence. He was a retired employee of Superior Essex and a devout member of the Baptist Faith. Mr. Bailey proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era. He is survived by his wife, Barbara J. Bailey, and leaves behind a loving family including a daughter, Vanessa Brake, and sons Kevin Bumbalough and Cody Bailey. He is also survived by numerous siblings, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Neal Funeral Home on July 22, 2025, and funeral services will be held at the same location on July 23, 2025, followed by interment at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens with full military honors. William will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
