In terms of bond amounts, Cain faces a $2,500 bond for attempting to elude law enforcement, a $500 bond for public intoxication, and a $1,000 bond for resisting arrest. He also has a DUI warrant with a bond set at $1,000. As a result of these actions, Cain is now facing both Class A and Class B felony charges under the Alabama Elders Act.
