Anthony “Tony” Slater of Smyrna, TN age 63 passed away at Alive Hospice Ctr of Murfreesboro, TN February 1, 2024. He is survived by his daughter Ashton and step son Todd. He was the son of the late Floyd and Betty Slater of Fairview, Loretto, Tn. His sisters are Linda (Kimbro), Patricia (Hurst), Renea (Nevels), and the late Babs (Bennett) Slater. He was a Graduate of Loretto High School.
His ashes will be buried with his parents at Fairview Congressional Church Cemetery in Loretto, TN. A grave side service with Mike Ayers officiating will be held February 10th at 2:00 pm. Friends and family are all invited to attend.
