David Samuel “Sammy” Scott, age 22, passed away on December 25, 2025, in Giles County, Tennessee. Born on April 20, 2003, in Maury County, Tennessee, Sammy was a beloved son, father, brother, and friend. He was a self-employed mechanic and attended Busby Church of God. Sammy is survived by his loving parents, Tony and Debora Page Scott; his two adoring sons, Jasper “Mack” Scott and Axl Ray Scott; his brothers, Daniel Scott, Mason Pippin (Jade), and Tyger Sparks; the mother of his children, Madison Barth; and his two little brothers, Christian Barth and Caden Barth. Sammy’s zest for life, love for the outdoors, and passion for his work will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home on December 31, 2025, with interment to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in St. Florian, AL. The family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
