Jerry Dale Harris, 89, of Leoma, TN, passed away on January 23, 2026, at Maury Regional Medical Center. He was a retired U.S. Air Force security dog handler and McDonnell Douglas Corporation security officer. Mr. Harris was a devoted member of Salem Church of Christ and Gandy Community Club. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Grapperhaus Harris, and children Beverly Ruocco, Paul Harris, Gary Harris, Dale Harris, and Eva Merrell. He leaves behind seven grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and numerous relatives. Funeral services will be held at Neal Funeral Home on January 27, 2026, with interment at OK Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN. He will be remembered for his dedicated service to his country and his loving presence in the lives of his family.
