Marion Daniel Urban, 82, of Killen, AL, passed away January 13, 2024 at his home. Daniel was a retired Iron Worker with Local #477 in Sheffield and a member of the Baptist faith.
Daniel is survived by:
Sons: Darren Urban (Christy) and Chris Urban
Daughter: Angela Gooch (Eddie)
Sister: Avanell Johnson
Grandchildren: Joshua Gooch (Mackenzie), Rachel Wilson (Riley), Lexi Gooch, Anthony Gooch,
Lindy Urban, Derek Urban, Brett Urban, & Levi Henderson
Great-grandchildren: Josiah Gooch and Sadie Wilson
He was preceded in death by:
Wife: Linda Faye LeMay Urban
Parents: William Silas Urban and Cordie Mae James Urban
Brother: Virgil Urban
Sister: Arvena Vanderford
Visitation will be Friday, January 26, 2024 from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel with Bro. Eddie Gooch and Bro. Denzil Borden officiating. Burial will be in Anderson Cemetery.
