Church and a loving husband to Doris Howard. He is survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, and a host of other relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025, at Temple of Praise Church in Pulaski, TN, with interment at Maplewood Cemetery. Jordan Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Toby’s spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those he touched.
