Life Summary

She was born in Columbia, TN and grew up in Summertown, TN. Mrs. Thompson graduated from Summertown High School and Columbia Business College. She was co–owner of Thompson Furniture and Appliance Company in Lawrenceburg for 33 years. Mrs. Thompson is a member of College Place Church of Christ.

Service Information

• Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.
• A celebration of life will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 12:00 PM Friday, May 1, 2026, with Sylvester Gilbert officiating.

Visitation

• The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM Friday, May 1, 2026, at Neal Funeral Home.

Burial

• Inurnment will follow at Mimosa Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.

Memorial

• The family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
