Roy Wayne Golden, age 77, of Lawrenceburg, TN, passed away on Friday, March 07, 2025, at his residence. He was a retired UPS Driver with 27 years of employment and a dedicated member of Greenwood Church of Christ. Mr. Golden also served his country in the TN Army National Guard.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold Osborn and Bessie Lee Simpson Golden, and one brother, Harold Brent Golden.
Roy is survived by his loving wife, Carolyn Ann Golden of Lawrenceburg, TN; his daughter, Melissa Golden Preston of Pulaski, TN; and two cherished grandsons, Richard Wade Pinckley (Brittany) of Bonaire, GA, and James Waldon Pinckley of Minor Hill, TN.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in memory of Roy Wayne Golden.
Roy Wayne will be dearly missed by all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
