Shirley Dean Blalock, 82, of Loretto, TN, passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at her home after an extended illness. She was a retired member of the United States Air Force and a devoted member of Iron City Freewill Baptist Church. Shirley was a native of Lawrence County, TN.
Funeral services will be held at Loretto Memorial Chapel on Monday, April 7, 2025, at 2:00 pm, with Gary Hanvey officiating. Burial will follow in Restview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Monday, April 7, 2025, at Loretto Memorial Chapel.
She is survived by her son, Dustin Tubbs of Loretto, TN.
Shirley will be remembered for her dedication to her country and her faith. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and community.
