Shirley Faye Johnson, 71, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away on September 27, 2025. Born on November 23, 1953, Shirley was a beloved mother and grandmother known for her spunk and infectious laughter. She was the life of the party, and her love for cooking, dancing, and creating cherished memories endeared her to many. Shirley was a devoted fan of Elvis and the Tennessee Titans.
She is survived by her son, Bobby Johnson (Courtney) of White Bluff, TN; daughter, Amanda Landers of Lawrenceburg, TN; sister, Pat Collins; eight grandchildren, Josh Porter, Heather Robinson, Dylan Johnson, Kaitlyn Plunkett, Kelsey Huff, Colin Johnson, Ashlee Nolen, and Isaac Landers; nine great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Shirley was preceded in death by her father, Pirdy Martin; mother, Nellie Martin; brothers, Bobby Crutcher, Cecil Crutcher, Harry Martin, and Larry Martin; and sisters, Dot Goddard, Betty Rhodes, and Geneva Williams.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, with visitation scheduled for October 1, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and funeral services to follow at 3:00 PM. Interment will take place at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, TN. Condolences may be sent through the funeral home’s website at www.nealfuneralhome.net. Shirley will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
