Shirley Harmon, 79, of Killen, passed away on Saturday, September 27, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born and raised in Lafe, Arkansas, and graduated as valedictorian from Lafe High School in 1964. Shirley was a devoted member of the Pleasant Valley Church of Christ.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Ron Harmon, and her three sons, Eric (April), Brandon (Lori), and Travis (Stacy) Harmon. Shirley was also cherished by her grandchildren, Tristin Wood (Ben), Sidney, Claire, and Conner Harmon, as well as her great-granddaughter, Evelynn Wood. She is also survived by her brother, Weldon Haller, and sisters, Linda Baughman and Joetta Henry.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 1-3 PM at Pleasant Valley Church of Christ, with the funeral service to follow at 3 PM, officiated by Bro. Chris Olive and Bro. Landon Willis. Burial will take place at the church cemetery. Elkins East Chapel is honored to be assisting the family during this difficult time.
