William Nance Price

William Nance Price, a beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on April 30th, 2025 at the age of 92. Born on September 20th, 1932, William was a proud United States Navy Veteran who served during the Korean Conflict. He was a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and had a successful career as an educator in the Giles County School System and as a farmer.

William was known for his love of fishing, especially with his grandchildren, and his special connection to Texas, where he met the love of his life. He was a dedicated member of the West Madison Street Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 67 years, Clesta Price, his parents, daughter, son-in-law, brother, and sister. He is survived by his son, daughter, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on May 5th, 2025 at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory, followed by a funeral service and burial with full military honors at Cool Springs Cemetery in Pulaski, TN.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Giles County Veterans Alliance. William will be deeply missed and remembered for his dedication to his family, his service to his country, and his love for fishing.
