Liza Elizabeth Bedingfield, 87, of Leoma, TN, passed away on September 30, 2025, at her residence. She was a beloved member of the community, having graduated from Summertown High School and retired from Excel. Liza was a faithful member of Leoma Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 66 1/2 years, Dee V. “Sonny” Bedingfield; her son, Jeff Bedingfield (Michele); and her grandsons, Micah Bedingfield and Jacob Bedingfield. Liza was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas J. and Mary Etta Phillips Rosson, as well as six brothers and three sisters.
The family will receive friends at Neal Funeral Home on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 PM. Interment will be at Union Hill Cemetery in Leoma, TN. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Leoma Baptist Church Building Fund.
