Jane Elizabeth Hester, 85, of Lawrenceburg, TN, passed away on September 23rd, 2025 at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro, TN. Jane, affectionately known as Jane Lizabeth, Liza, Hips, and Nana, was born on November 26th, 1939 to the late Robert Wigfall and Martha Louise Welch in Lawrenceburg. She was a proud graduate of Clark Training School and worked at Murray Ohio before retiring. Jane enjoyed cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends. She had a great love for the Lord and was a member of St. John United Methodist. Jane is survived by her son, Jamie Hester, grandchildren, Dylan, Noah, and Yuri, several nieces, nephews, devoted cousins, and friends. Visitation and funeral service will be held at Pettus-Turnbo Funeral Home on September 30th, 2025. Interment will be at Mt. Olive Cemetery. Jane will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
