Sandra Clara Clark Pierce, a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, passed away peacefully at her home on October 21, 2025. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who cherished spending time with her family, shopping, watching basketball, and listening to music.
Sandra was preceded in death by her parents, Earl Garland, Sr. and Bertie Weaver Garland; her first husband, Danny Wayne Clark; four brothers, Virgil, Earl Jr. (June Bug), Donnie, and David Garland; and two sisters, Opal Haywood and Dorothy Walters, along with several brothers-in-law.
She is survived by her husband, Jerry Don Pierce; her son, Kelly Clark, and two grandsons, Weston and Jasper Clark; her step-daughter, Tonya Turner, and step-grandchildren, Clayton and Steely Turner. Sandra is also survived by her three brothers, Ted, Jerry, and Lanny Garland; seven sisters, Joy Staggs, Mable Patterson, Brenda Bohn, Wilma Johnston, Judy Davis, Sue Riddle, and Doris White; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and brother-in-law, Billy Walters.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, and the funeral service will be conducted by Bishop Jason Fugleberg. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at Neal Funeral Home, followed by the funeral service and interment at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.
