Dean Rigsby Boucher, 93, of Lawrenceburg, TN, passed away on August 30, 2025, at NHC Healthcare Scott. She was a beloved member of the community, known for her dedication to her family and her work. Dean was a retired owner/operator of the Pyramid Restaurant and a retired bookkeeper for Herb Magee Enterprises. She was also a devoted member of St. Mark United Methodist Church in Anniston, AL.
Dean was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Burton “Happy” and Lena Gertrude James Scott, her first husband, David Douglas Rigsby, her second husband, William H. Boucher, her son, Robert Rigsby, her daughter, Lynda Rigsby, and her granddaughter, Jan Benson Davis.
She is survived by her daughters, Ginny Benson (Howard) and Brenda Hunter (Chris), as well as her grandsons, granddaughters, great-grandchildren, step-sons, and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Neal Funeral Home on Saturday, September 06, 2025, and a graveside service will follow at Shaw Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to A Kid’s Place/A Child Advocacy Center.
Dean will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
