James Douglas “Doug” Clemons, 71, passed away February 3, 2024, at his residence. He was a retired maintenance worker at Lexington Fabrics and of the Church of Christ faith.

Sisters: Jewel Creasy, Marie Mewbourn, Patsy Davis, Mary Wilburn, Teresa Henkel &
Charlotte Clemons
Grandchildren: Breanna Clemons, Ali Clemons, Annsley Clemons & Aden Clemons
Preceded in death by:
Parents: William Thomas Clemons & Pauline Hannah Clemons
Brother: Thomas Clemons
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 6, 2024, from 11:00am – 1:00pm, at Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 1:00pm, in the funeral home chapel, with Bro. Tim Grigsby officiating. Burial will be at Emmaline Stutts Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be: Scott Kelly, Beau Gooch, Gary Grigsby, Keith Grigsby, Tony Grigsby &
Clay Aldridge.
Greenhill Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
