Bro. Dale Myers, a beloved pastor and devoted family man, passed away on April 6th, 2025, at the age of 80. He was born on November 16th, 1944, in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. Dale was known for his passion for preaching, reading the Bible, and his unwavering support for the Tennessee Volunteers. He was also fond of scouring for treasures at junk sales.
Dale’s legacy lives on through his loving family, including his wife, Pat Myers, his daughter Melissa Adkins, his sons Michael (Jenny) Myers and Matthew Myers, as well as his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd B. and Sallye Mae Howell Myers, his brother JW Myers, and his grandson, Darren Andrew “Drew” Myers.
A visitation will be held on April 8th, 2025, at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory, with the funeral service taking place the following day. Dale will be laid to rest in Maplewood Cemetery in Pulaski, Tennessee.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to The Gideons International or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Dale’s memory will be cherished by all who knew him, and his impact as a pastor and family man will be deeply missed. Rest in peace, Bro. Dale Myers.
