Stanley Earl Muse, age 85, of Hohenwald, TN passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2024, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. He was a native of Washington, NC, and a retired heavy equipment operator. He also enjoyed woodworking and loved his animals.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph T. and Helen Elizabeth Aligood Muse; his wife, Reba Jean Daniels Muse; one daughter, Deborah Maxwell; and five siblings.
He is survived by one grandson, John Maxwell (April) of Hohenwald, TN; three great-grandchildren, Joshua Kade Maxwell, Debbie Claire Maxwell, and Joshua David Butler; one great-great-grandchild, Kaden Khristopher Lee Burdette; one brother, William Throne Muse of Washington, NC; and several friends.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at Lawrence County Memorial Gardens at 1:00 PM Saturday, March 30, 2024, with John Maxwell officiating.
